Main Hall

Eastrea Village Hall Trust is committed to excellence both as a modern venue space  with all the services we provide to our community. Hirers can choose from our popular packages, catering services, or even customise their own events. When you celebrate your special occasion with us, we will accommodate all of your catering needs, with the entire team here to help you and guide the way to a successful event. 

With the ability to set up different table and seating layouts which can be separated into classroom or auditorium style for groups and lectures. The space can hold up to 200, with 120 people seated  and more standing so please enquire when booking.

Meeting Room & Smaller Event Room

Our meeting room is available for one to one and group business meetings, training, classroom and video conferencing with excellent facilities for our hirers. With our drop down projector, plug in audio equipment and free access to the WiFi in our meeting room can be used for the modern flexible business environment.

we also offer the meeting room space to have your buffett served from here.

Entrance Foyer

When entering the spacious foyer, you will see a door to the left of you, this leads into the Meeting Room/ Small Event Room, to the right of the entrance, your see the Ladies, Gents and Disabled toilets, with baby changing facilities, thre are a set of double doors, leading down to the Kitchen and Main Hall.

Kitchen & Bar

The village hall has a spacious kitchen with 2 large range ovens, built in microwave ovens, dishwasher, 2 large fridges, 1 large freezer and a washer and dryer, to provide our hirers with a full range of catering equipment. We provide 2 rates to book our kitchen facility based on light to full use of facility. The booking comes with free tea and coffee particularly popular with the small scale events.
Our crockery and cutlery is available to hire and will be charged based on the scale and size of an event but  we welcome outside catering contractors by agreement.

Parking

We have a large maintained gravel area at the front and side of the premises including a paved area for disabled parking, giving easier access to the front of the building entrance. With our larger events we can open up a section of the garden to allow for extra vehicles and our local farmer allows the Eastrea Centre hirers to park on farm grounds.

Garden

We offer the use of our garden in with the cost of your hire, its fully enclosed, we can also provide garden furniture at an added extra, please see the price list for details.
