This is held as a retainer to cover any breakage, cleaning or tidying the premises. A check list will be provided to the hirer to ensure that the premises are returned in the same condition and the deposit or part of, will be returned on the 1st Wednesday after the event.

A £250.00 non refundable booking fee is required to hold the date for your wedding. Final payment due 8 weeks prior to event.
Your provisional booking is valid for 5 working days only. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking. A deposit to be paid at the time of booking to secure your date & time slot, your booking must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks prior to event. If your event is within 8 weeks the full balance is due when booking.
We only have a licence till 11 pm. If you require an extension, please contact Fenland District Council for a TENS Licence.

ALCOHOL
A bar is provided by Jam Bars company only. no other outside company can supply alcohol on these premises.
they supply all your alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks & soft drinks from the bar, you can not supply your own soft drinks if you have the bar in. a minimum spend on the bar is £150
if you require a drink that you think they may not supply, pls contact us to let the bar company know.
We no longer allow a corkage on wine or any other beverage.
if you wish for your party to be all NON ALCOHOLIC we allow for any non alcoholic beverage. Any low alcohol drinks are not permitted. If you wish to hire wine glasses these are hired direct from the bar company.
No alcohol to be brought onto the premises as this will result to an early termination of the event.

Terms and Conditions
The deposit must be paid in full and is non refundable.
All payments made directly to a bank/building society must include name and wedding / party / event date in the reference.
The Eastrea Village Hall Trust cannot be held liable for any payments not properly recorded under this agreement.
Use of facilities and equipment must be returned in the condition of hire. If there are any items damaged, please inform us immediately.
You will be provided with all emergency procedures in case of fire.
Music is not permitted to trigger above the red warning light of the sound monitor. Or could result in shutting off the noise monitor system.
When leaving the building late at night, please consider our residence in connection with any parking restrictions and noise.
Our car park is only small, please inform us if you think you will need extra parking, either from our side entrance grassed area, or by overflow car park from the local farmer. please ensure that the no parking signs are out on the road at your event, and returned, and no cars are parked by the houses.
You are responsible for the conduct of the individuals attending your event.
Covid, if any bookings are cancelled / postponed due to a government lockdown or closure only, full refunds are given.
The main hall seats 120 people and has a capacity of 200 in total. The meeting room can seat 40 and hold upto 60 max
